I first met Ramon and Rutger at Dubai Watch Week 2025. I knew of Collectors Gallery before that, mostly through their roots at Amsterdam Vintage Watches, but meeting them in person was what changed things. Two younger guys who've built a reputation that most people in the business spend decades chasing. I showed up, proved what I could do, and about four months later they became a client.

What makes Collectors Gallery different is the inventory. They deal in the kind of watches most collectors have never seen. Off-catalogue pieces, royal custom orders, stuff from back when Rolex and Patek were smaller and you could actually walk in and ask for something specific. That era is gone, but the watches are still out there — and these guys know how to find them.

I run their Instagram and create all the visual content. I travel to Dubai with my portable studio, photograph the inventory, and build out their social presence. The watches that come through their hands are serious. When you're setting up your studio to shoot a one-of-one Patek that was made for a royal family — yeah, you feel that.

It's an honour to work with them. I don't say that lightly. They've earned their place in this industry, and being the person responsible for how the world sees their collection is something I take seriously. We started shooting together in January 2026 during the Dubai and Miami trip, and the work has been consistent since. That's how I like it.
